Billecart-Salmon is oldest continuously family-owned and operated house in Champagne. This wine isn't coming from some huge conglomerate that is producing gabillion cases of formulaic champagne. This is the real deal. You know the champagne has got to be good if the English love it and the Brits sure do love this one.
