Winemaker notes: Pale copper/salmon color. Nose: Ripe golden apple, pear, candied lemon, honeysuckle, waxy, blanched nut, fennel frond. Palate: Ripe strawberries and cream, lively and creamy all at once. Rich mid-palate with tons of snap and vigor. Honeysuckle, ginger and apple skin all merge on the palate. Just the slightest grip from the skin contact.
