Winemaker's notes: 100% Sangiovese bursts out of the glass with bright cherry and strawberry shortcake aromas. Staying on the bright side, the flavors echo the aromas with more cherry fruit, strawberries, cranberry and some dried black tea leaves that carry on a long finish. Ripe and full in the mouth, there is terrific balance between the complex fruit, acid and tannin.
