Made by superstar winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Post Parade is a ripe, decadent 2016 that makes the most of the vintage. Tons of ripe black raspberries and cassis flow to a wine that has full-bodied richness, a sumptuous, exuberant texture, no sensation of weight or heaviness, and terrific purity. This wine is all Cabernet Sauvignon and was brought up in 90% new French oak. It’s a pleasure-bent beauty to enjoy over the coming 15-20 years.
