True to style, the Couer de Vigne has an elegant savory note with undertones of minerality and earth. This wine is a throwback to a traditional Bordeaux blend. The palate brings this wine together with its broad, dense, coating nature. There is plenty of dark chocolate and cherry that fades into chewy tannins providing length and elegance.
