This is the “veuve” you should be drinking! Not the other veuve which is mass-produced and isn’t even close to the quality that Fourny produces. This is all chardonnay and it is extra brut which means it is drier than brut with a laser focus. Citrus zest, mint, peach, apple, and subtle white flower. This is grower champagne which means the winemaker also grows the grapes. Very rare. This is the one I drink! - Gustavo
